Gittin 9:8

Hebrew is written from right to left, and Greek is written from left to right.

A ‘get’ that was written in Hebrew and the witnesses signed in Greek or visa versa or one witness signed in Hebrew and one in Greek or the writing of the sofer and one witness (what about the sofer and one witness?) is all kosher.

Whether he wrote the word witness or not, it is still kosher.

His common name or her common name is kosher.

A ‘get’ written under coercion by a Jew is kosher but by a non-Jew is not kosher. If the non-Jew hits and curses you telling you to ‘Do what the Jews tell you to do,’ it is kosher.

Gittin 9:9

If there are accepted witnesses that a woman is married, even if they didn’t actually see the marriage, we say she is married.

If there are accepted witnesses that a woman was divorced, even if they didn’t actually see the divorce, we say she is divorced.

This is true only if there was no qualification like a condition.
